- Minimum scalable intervention 15 minutes
- Any hours already used outside the agreement and not yet invoiced shall also be absorbed
- Multi-annual validity until the hours package is exhausted
- Option of unconditional refund of the remaining hours, minus the discount applied on hours already consumed. In the worst case, the customer pays only the hours already used counted at full price (unified rate without discounts)
- Option of absorption of the costs of Services "hand-to-hand" also near the center or of the customer or of Bicom srl: the relative costs are transformed in hours (minutes) equivalents to scale from the mountain of hours (minutes) residual.
